Community Volunteer

As a Community Volunteer at Change Management Enterprise, you will be part of a dynamic center for innovation and strategic transformation. Your role will involve supporting and coordinating community activities, fostering stakeholder relationships, and promoting initiatives across various platforms. This voluntary, part-time hybrid role primarily involves online work with occasional in-person visits to the Bengaluru office. Key Responsibilities: - Support the planning and coordination of community engagement events and activities. - Assist in online outreach and communication to nurture community growth. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to back social impact projects. - Help manage volunteer communications and keep engagement records. - Occasionally attend on-site meetings or events in Bengaluru as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred but not mandatory. - Interest in community development and social impact initiatives. - Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Good organizational and time-management abilities. - Prior volunteering experience is advantageous but not necessary. - Comfortable working remotely with basic digital tools.
