Community Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Community Specialist will be responsible for community engagement, managing customer service interactions, building and maintaining relationships within the community, and facilitating communication. Additionally, the role includes planning and executing community events and initiatives to foster a positive and engaged community environment.

• Customer Service experience and proficiency in handling community interactions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
