Responsibilities

Website Management

• Keep the website updated with workshops, retreats, and media
• Ensure information is accurate, timely, and well-presented

Client Communication & Sales

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email in 

  fluent English

• Convert incoming leads into workshop/retreat participants
• Maintain a simple lead-tracking sheet (Google Sheets)

Operations Support

• Assist in workshop/event logistics (scheduling, registrations, payments)
• Coordinate with facilitators, partners, and venues when required

Brand Communication

• Draft clear, warm, and professional replies and proposals
• Represent Silent Earth with empathy and sensitivity

Requirements

• Excellent 

  spoken & written English

• Confident in handling 

  phone calls & emails

   with clients
• Basic 

  website management

   (Wix)
• Organized, reliable, self-driven
• Previous experience in sales/operations/brand coordination preferred
• Wellness industry experience is a plus
