Community Outreach Executive - Female (Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to engage and communicate effectively with village community members.
• Conduct video calls for profiling and surveys
• Capture accurate information and data, address queries, and maintain a polite and professional tone throughout interactions.
• Record call details accurately and submit daily activity and performance reports.
• Support the field and project team by gathering relevant insights through telephonic and video conversations.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline).
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi is essential;
• Communication Skills: Confident and clear in both audio and video interactions.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in handling smartphones, computers/laptops, MS Excel and video calling applications.
• Must be available to work from the office during the assignment period.

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to meet daily call and reporting targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
