🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, community-driven professional to join us as a Community Mobilizer for our CSR-funded skill development programs. This is a field-based role, vital in identifying, counseling, and enrolling eligible youth into our training initiatives that connect them with livelihood opportunities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Mobilize youth from local communities for training enrollments
✅ Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, community meetings, and counseling sessions
✅ Build strong networks with schools, panchayats, SHGs, NGOs & local influencers
✅ Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities & ensure regular reporting
✅ Achieve monthly registration targets through effective outreach
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass
✔️ Must be a resident of Asansol, Durgapur, Raniganj, or Andal
✔️ Minimum 2 year of experience in mobilization or community outreach (mandatory)
✔️ Strong knowledge of local community & geography
✔️ Excellent communication, persuasion & people skills
✔️ Two-wheeler with valid license = added advantage
