Community Manager - Growth, Engagement & IPs

As a Community Manager at BHAG, you will be at the forefront of our movement to expand and engage our community of runners. Your role will involve managing the growth of our community, hiring and training run leads, organizing runs across cities, and focusing on member acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and expand BHAG's community of runners in various cities. - Recruit, train, and lead run leads and pacers to maintain high event standards. - Develop and launch new community initiatives such as events and collaborations. - Implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to ensure runner satisfaction. - Oversee community communication, engagement, and loyalty programs. - Monitor metrics, gather feedback, and continually enhance the runner experience. - Represent BHAG at on-ground events and collaborations as the community's ambassador. Qualifications Required: - At least 2-5 years of experience in community building, grassroots marketing, or event management. - Passion for fitness, running, or active lifestyles. - Strong interpersonal skills and thrive in social, energetic environments. - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.,
