Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop relationship with prospects and clients. You should be a ‘people person’ with great sales and marketing skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our prospects and community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers, potential customers and industry professionals.
Conduct sales tours to execute on sales strategy and maintain high occupancy.
As a key member of our Inbound Business Development and Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of inbound marketing strategy.
Identify and build relationships with prominent IPCs, brokers, influencers, bloggers, thought leaders etc.
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
Develop and optimize marketing initiatives to drive client/customer acquisition.
Plan, design and organize events such as tech talks, workshops, seminars, festive and fun events etc.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Develop effective working relationships with prospects through regular meetings and identify further sales and business development opportunities.
Manage current leads and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
Running the Business centre on a day-to-day basis, main focus is to increase client retention through the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service.
Playing a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business, and implementing company policy at operational level, to achieve and maintain high standards at all times.
Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure excellence in housekeeping, sanitation, safety and comfort.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or business executive
Comfortable speaking, selling, and growing the community
Strong verbal and communication skills
Self starter, quick learner, and confident
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills Warm and approachable
Reliable
Professional demeanor
Prior leadership and hospitality experience is a plus
Experience : 2-3 Years
Qualification: Educated to masters/degree level or equivalent (BBA, B.Com, MBA)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
