As a Community Engagement Specialist at Badho, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the kirana shop owner community on various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and engaging the kirana community effectively to ensure active participation. - Developing effective content strategies tailored for social media and YouTube platforms. - Creating engaging and resonating content specifically designed for kirana shop owners. - Providing training and support to retailers in content creation to enhance their skills. - Maintaining a well-organized content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts. - Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to track the success of community engagement efforts. To succeed in this role, you are required to have: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in community management. - Proficiency in Hindi (spoken, written, and reading) and Business English. - Familiarity with app-based products catering to Bharat users. - An understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by kirana shop owners and small businesses.
