Community & Content Lead

Join the pulse of India’s interiors movement. Bureau Forma is building India’s first dedicated trend, learning, and community platform for interior professionals. We’re seeking a Community & Content Lead to grow Radar (Trends Circle), Loop (Peer Network), and Lumen (Learning Capsule).

This role blends community-building, editorial thinking, and content program management, perfect for someone who loves design, people, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage WhatsApp-based communities (Radar, Loop, Lumen)

Curate member onboarding, conversations, and collaborations

Coordinate with contributors for trend drops, webinars, and editorial projects

Write and manage newsletters, blog posts, and social content

Organize events, surveys, and launches in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Grow Bureau Forma’s community presence in top 10 cities of India

You Should Have

2–4 years of experience in content strategy, community building, or design journalism

Understanding of Indian design ecosystem (materials, brands, people)

Passion for editorial formats: blogs, insights, trend decks, interviews

Confident communicator with a knack for writing and people engagement

Familiarity with WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn, Instagram
