Role: Senior Manager – Business & Client Success Location: Udaipur Experience: 3–5 years Type: Full-time Role Overview: Bureau Forma is seeking a strategic, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Business & Client Success to lead customer relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive new business growth. You will act as the central bridge between the consulting team and clients—ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction. You will also play a proactive role in identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding the client base. Key Responsibilities: Manage key client accounts and ensure timely delivery of consulting modules and reports. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and coordination. Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities. Lead proposal creation, service pitching, and negotiation for new business. Coordinate internal teams for smooth execution and maintain project trackers. Represent Bureau Forma in external forums, design events, and partnership discussions. Maintain and update CRM, ensuring visibility on client status and leads pipeline. Provide regular performance reports to the founder and identify growth metrics. Requirements: 3+ years in client servicing, business development, or brand management (preferably in design, architecture, materials, or consulting industry). Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Deep understanding of interior design, modular furniture, or product ecosystems is a strong plus.
