Key responsibilities

• Experience Design:

  Assist in planning and executing the daily rituals, team-building activities, and cultural events that make up the Tavastra experience.

• Community Operations:

  Act as a "Chief Vibe Officer" for the cohort, managing check-ins, facilitating feedback loops, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment.

• Storytelling:

  Partner with the content team to capture and amplify the human stories of the founders and the community through photos, videos, and social media snippets.

• On-the-Ground Support:

  Be a supportive presence for founders, helping them navigate the challenges of the residential program and connecting them to the right resources.

• DE&I Initiatives:

  Help embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into daily community practices and events.

What are we looking for

• 0–4 years of experience

  in community management, event coordination, or people-centric roles 

• A "people-first" personality

  with a natural ability to connect with and build rapport with diverse groups.

• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence

  , with an instinct for group dynamics and ensuring everyone feels heard and included.

• High energy, creativity, and a proactive mindset

  for designing and executing engaging experiences.

• Exceptional communication skills
