Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Communicative English Trainer to join our team on-site at Edwin Academy in Kozhikode. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering English language lessons, helping students improve their communication skills, and developing customized educational materials. Key tasks include teaching English as a language, preparing lesson plans, assessing students’ progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. The trainer will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students' professional growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching methodologies
• Proficiency in creating and delivering effective Education materials and training sessions
• Strong Writing skills for developing content and crafting learning materials
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire learners
• Relevant teaching certifications or a degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Prior experience in language training is a plus
