Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and creative Healthcare Communications & Visual Presentation Specialist to support internal leadership communications and employee engagement across our healthcare organization. This role will be responsible for designing impactful PowerPoint presentations, crafting internal communications, and visually translating clinical and operational content for audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, strategic planning, and internal updates.
  • Develop clear, well-structured internal communications emailers for employees, across departments.
  • Visualize healthcare data (KPIs, quality metrics, patient outcomes, etc.) in easy-to-understand formats such as dashboards, infographics, or slide decks.
  • Work closely with operations leaders, and executive teams to shape messaging that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Translate complex policy information into audience-appropriate content that resonates across healthcare teams.
  • Ensure communication materials align with brand, tone, HIPAA compliance, and internal policies.
  • Lead or assist in preparing content for town halls, all-staff briefings, leadership rounding sessions, and new initiative rollouts.
  • Maintain templates, content calendars, and libraries of visuals for reuse across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years of experience in communications, presentation design, or visual content creation preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; ability to create polished presentations for leadership and general communications.
  • Strong written communication skills — especially in crafting clear, empathetic, and informative internal emailers.
  • Ability to visualize healthcare and operational data in meaningful ways for internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Healthcare workflows, healthcare terminology, and sensitivity to regulated environments.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and design consistency.
