Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide informed support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a back office or call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in an IT-enabled services or BPO industry is preferred.
