Communications Strategist Manager

As a Communication Strategist Manager at Accenture Song, your role involves overseeing client relationships and ensuring strategic communication initiatives meet set goals. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between media and creative by creating audience journeys, campaign ecosystems, engagement frameworks, and annual communications plans across various touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Create communications strategy deliverables such as audience journeys, campaign ecosystems, engagement frameworks, moments strategies, and tactical briefs. - Establish relationships with leadership members across different departments like Creative, Strategy, Production, and Account. - Foster collaboration with external partners including media, PR, and CRM agencies. - Maintain day-to-day client relationships by presenting and selling communication strategies effectively. - Collaborate with creative teams to enhance their ideas through media strategy, tactics, and creative thought-starters. - Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure the implementation of measurement frameworks, reporting cadences, and campaign optimizations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of experience in communication strategy or related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Proficiency in developing and executing communication strategies across various channels. - Experience in data analysis and interpretation to drive campaign optimizations. - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
