Role Overview: Tricog, a healthcare tech product-based company in Bangalore, is seeking a Communications Specialist to lead brand storytelling and positioning efforts. As part of the mission to transform healthcare management, you will work closely with the CEO to craft compelling narratives that enhance public trust and showcase the impact in cardiovascular med-tech. Your role involves defining and amplifying Tricog's voice across platforms, highlighting human stories behind the technology, and establishing the brand as reputable in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Storytelling: Develop a communication strategy to showcase the impact of innovations. - Content Creation: Write and edit narratives like case studies, articles, and social media posts. - PR & Visibility: Increase media presence through press relations and thought leadership initiatives. - Campaigns & Fieldwork: Lead online/offline campaigns, visit hospitals/clinics for real-life stories. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for a unified brand message. - Brand Monitoring: Monitor media visibility, audience engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or content roles, preferably in healthcare, tech, or B2B sectors. - Background in Mass Communications/Journalism is essential. - Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical subjects. - Strategic mindset, ownership sense, and execution capabilities. - Previous experience working closely with founders or CXOs is advantageous. - Willingness to travel and engage with frontline stakeholders like doctors, hospitals, and clinics.,
