Community Management: o Monitor and respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. o Foster a positive online community by interacting with followers, running contests, and engaging in conversations to build brand loyalty. 3. Brand Monitoring: o Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance. o Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement. 4. Campaign Management: o Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns, collaborating with marketing and creative teams. o Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost brand visibility and reach. 5. Trendspotting & Innovation: o Stay on top of food industry trends, social media trends, and pop culture to incorporate relevant and fresh content ideas into the social media strategy. o Introduce innovative social media campaigns or initiatives (like virtual events or food challenges) to keep the brand dynamic and engaging. 6. Content Calendar Management: o Create and manage a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and strategic alignment with product launches, promotions, festivals, and events. 7. Brand Voice: o Maintain a consistent, friendly, and approachable tone, staying true to the brand ethoscelebrating family, tradition, and authentic Indian flavors. o Align social media messaging with brand guidelines and values to reinforce a positive brand image. Essential Qualifications, Skills, Background and Education Desired Skills & Qualities: * Creativity: Ability to come up with original and fresh content ideas. * Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. * Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze social media performance and adapt strategies accordingly. * Food Passion: A genuine interest in food, particularly Indian snacks and sweets, which would help to create authentic, relatable content. * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, analytics software, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.). * Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of Indian festivals, traditions, and regional food variations to ensure culturally relevant content. Experience & Background : * Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably within the food and beverage industry for min 2 - 3 yrs * A portfolio of previous social media work, especially those that gained traction or led to increased customer engagement.
