Job Description

Overview : Maersk is undergoing a global transformation of its Finance and Tax systems through the New Finance and Tax Platform (NFTP). This strategic initiative is key to enabling future-ready finance capabilities across the enterprise.
As a Communications Partner, you will be part of the NFTP Business Change Management (BCM) team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful communications that drive stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and successful deployment of NFTP across regions. Note: This is a global role that may require occasional travel and flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.

  • Develop and execute communication plans aligned with NFTP deployment milestones, as part of the company-wide Transformation of Finance and Tax systems
  • Create compelling content for internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
  • Collaborate closely with Release and BCM teams to synchronize communication efforts
  • Manage and update content on SharePoint and other relevant internal channels
  • Support the planning and delivery of communication campaigns tailored to regional needs
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within transformation or change programs
  • Strong content creation skills across formats (e.g., presentations, newsletters, videos, infographics)
  • Familiarity with corporate design guidelines and ability to produce media assets accordingly
  • Experience working in global, remote teams and managing cross-cultural communication
  • Familiarity with creative, collaboration, and engagement tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Menti, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design thinking concepts is a plus
  • High degree of initiative, creativity, and ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and support global teams
