Communications Associate

The main purpose of this role is to lead the communication activities for the rooftop solar deployment project undertaken by CEEW. As a Communication Lead, you will play a crucial role in co-designing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of ongoing campaigns, leading the conceptualization and design of various collaterals, identifying and engaging with external partners and agencies, coordinating media outreach activities, and developing content for different platforms. It is essential that the tone and messaging of all outputs align with the overall project communications strategy and adhere to CEEW's brand guidelines. In addition to primary responsibilities, you will also explore new formats and platforms to promote CEEW's research, support the outreach team on content-related activities, and assist the Communications Manager on special projects as needed. You will be expected to supervise and mentor outreach consultants and interns when required. The ideal candidate for this role should preferably hold a Masters/Bachelors degree in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields, along with 1-6 years of work experience. You must possess exceptional project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset to implement innovative content ideas. Moreover, you should demonstrate the capacity to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while upholding quality standards.
