Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications and Social Media Lead located in Chandigarh. The Communications and Social Media Lead will manage and optimize all company communication with clients and on social media channels, develop and execute client communication templates, menu design, event collaterals and social content strategies. Responsible for engaging content and communication efforts. Day-to-day tasks include creating social media posts, overseeing communication, monitoring engagement metrics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
• Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
