Communications and social media lead

You will be joining Four Seasons Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as a full-time Communications and Social Media Lead based in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all company communication with clients and on social media platforms. Your tasks will include developing and executing client communication templates, menu designs, event collaterals, and social content strategies. It will be your duty to create engaging social media posts, oversee communication, monitor engagement metrics, and collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent messaging. To excel in this position, you must possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills. Additionally, excellent communication and writing skills are essential for effectively conveying messages to clients and audiences. Experience in developing compelling Content Strategies, analyzing social media metrics, and reporting will be beneficial. The ability to stay organized, multitask efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required to be considered for this role.,
