Job Description

KGIS hires experienced trainers to join our team , preferable experience required in voice and accent to apply.

Experience Required:

Immediate joiners / candidate who has the less notice period preferred

Scope of work :

Monitor live and recorded calls to assess communication effectiveness
Conducting coaching sessions, monitoring interactions and implementing communication improvement strategies to enhance overall customer experience
Provide immediate feedback on tone, clarity, confidence and engagement techniques

Primary Skills :

Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language
Good knowledge of concepts of Voice & Accent
Fair understanding of American Culture
Should have experience taking calls-International
Knowledge of call attributes/Call coaching and call monitoring

Additional requirement:

Should be flexible with rotational shifts

Willingness to travel to Bangalore based on the business requirements
