Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism/Communications, Business, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record, particularly in technology. - Experience in communication roles, especially internal communication, for a large organization, is highly preferred. - Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills with a hands-on approach to translating plans into actions and monitoring progress. - Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Strong understanding of group communication dynamics. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
