Position: Area Business Manager (ABM) Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Hisar / Nagpur / Ludhiana / Ambala / Rohtak Reports To: Regional Business Manager (RBM) Role Overview The Area Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing field teams, and ensuring achievement of business objectives within the assigned area. This role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to build strong customer and team relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets for the assigned area. Monitor and drive prescription generation to ensure growth and brand visibility. Identify growth opportunities, develop business plans, and execute brand-building activities. Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Executives (BEs) Conduct joint fieldwork, ensure adherence to call averages, and monitor effective coverage of doctors, hospitals, and stockists. Drive performance through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews. Market & Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with key doctors, KOLs, hospitals, and distributors. Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and promotional inputs at the field level. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting systems. Manage inventory, distribution, and secondary sales flow effectively. Support implementation of CRM tools, digital initiatives, and data-driven sales monitoring. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making. Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare market dynamics. Ability to drive execution and deliver results under pressure. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Pharmacy/Science background preferred; MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage. 5-8 years of experience in CVD pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2-3 years in a frontline leadership role. Proven track record of handling sales teams and achieving targets. Career Path Successful ABMs may progress to Regional Business Manager (RBM) and subsequently to Zonal/Business Head roles, based on performance.

We are seeking an experienced AIX Administrator to provide advanced system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for IBM AIX environments. This role will be responsible for managing complex incidents, designing solutions, and ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of AIX-based systems in production and DR environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Advanced System Administration * Manage and maintain IBM AIX systems (LPARs, VIOS, HMC) including installation, patching, and upgrades. * Configure and manage logical partitions, virtual devices, and storage. * Handle filesystem management (JFS2, LVM, mirroring, VG management). 2. Incident & Problem Management * Act as Level 3 escalation point for critical issues. * Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for OS, network, and storage-related problems. * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. 3. Performance & Optimization * Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply tuning recommendations. * Implement automation for repetitive tasks using scripting (ksh, bash, Python, etc.). 4. Backup, Recovery & Security * Manage backup solutions (e.g., Tivoli Storage Manager / Spectrum Protect). * Plan and execute system recovery, DR drills, and failover testing. * Apply OS hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation in compliance with security policies. 5. Integration & Project Work * Work closely with storage (SAN/NAS) and network teams for integrated solutions. * Participate in migrations, capacity planning, and data center consolidations. * Evaluate new AIX features, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience * 8+ years hands-on AIX administration experience in enterprise environments. * Expertise in LPAR/VIOS management, HMC operations, and AIX system tuning. * Strong knowledge of LVM, JFS2, mirroring, paging, and performance troubleshooting. * Experience with NIM for OS installation and patch deployment. * Familiarity with PowerHA clustering concepts and failover testing. * Knowledge of SAN concepts, multipathing (MPIO), and storage configuration. * Strong scripting skills (Shell, Korn, Bash; Python is a plus). * ITIL knowledge for incident, change, and problem management processes. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in PowerVM and virtualization best practices. * Familiarity with Linux/Unix variants (RedHat, Solaris) for cross-platform support. Soft Skills * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently and mentor junior administrators. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Comfortable handling high-pressure production incidents.
