Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position for a Communication & Personality Growth Trainer located in Sadar. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on communication skills and personality development, designing and delivering engaging content, performing research to enhance training methodologies, and providing tailored guidance for individual growth. The role will also include the use of relevant social media platforms to promote engagement and support communication-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Personality Development and Training
• Proficiency in conducting Research and Writing for training purposes
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and their role in communication and outreach
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Background in education, training, or communication is preferred
• Ability to motivate and guide diverse groups of learners effectively
