As a Procurement Commodity Manager- Electrical, your role involves developing and implementing efficient organization and procedures to increase profitability. You will manage resources, handle Transformer, Generator, cables, power controllers, and switchgear. Your responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of Procurement strategy, deriving innovative material field strategies, and driving Supplier Management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement efficient organization and procedures - Manage resources and ensure competencies - Handle Transformer, Generator, cables, power controllers, and switchgear - Ensure implementation and development of Procurement strategy - Derive innovative material field strategies based on market intelligence - Initiate, plan, execute, and control demand pooling and Supplier Management - Deliver results by implementing measures for purchasing volume - Drive application of technical levers for cost and value optimization - Drive Supplier Management processes for best suppliers and transparency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering- EEE/ECE/E&I - 14-16 years of experience - Knowledge in Supplier Development and Procurement/Purchase Process - Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Willingness for business traveling - Experience with MS Office; System Operation experience (SAP or ERP, Ariba) preferred You will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring the best suppliers are integrated transparently for sustainable cost and value optimization.,
