Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new authors and writers, focusing on a wide range of educational topics. Work closely with authors to develop high-quality, engaging content for leading educational board and competitive exams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure publication deadlines and quality standards are met. Stay updated with the latest trends in educational publishing and adapt strategies accordingly. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning or related roles in publishing. Strong network and ability to engage with authors and writers effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for educational publishing. Strong knowledge of publishing software and processes.
