Job Title: Sales Executive (Incentive Based) – Special Education & Therapy Services at Spectrum

Location: South City I, Gurugram (Field Work)

About Us:

Spectrum Wings is a dedicated centre for special education and therapy services, offering occupational therapy, speech therapy, Behaviou Management Support, counselling, and inclusive education for children with developmental needs. We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to build collaborations with paediatricians, neurologists, and other stakeholders to help more families access our services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit and collaborate with paediatricians, neurologists, and healthcare professionals across Gurugram.

• Promote Spectrum Wings’ therapy and educational services.

• Convert referrals into client enrolments/packages.

• Maintain strong professional networks with stakeholders.

Incentive Structure:

• 100% incentive-based role (no fixed salary).

• Incentives are paid instantly on the same day a client buys a package—no waiting till month-end.

• The incentive amount depends on the package opted by the parent/client, and is calculated as per the applicable slab.

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
