As a Sales Executive for Spectrum Wings specializing in special education and therapy services, your role will involve visiting and collaborating with paediatricians, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals in Gurugram. You will be responsible for promoting Spectrum Wings therapy and educational services, converting referrals into client enrolments/packages, and maintaining strong professional networks with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Visit and collaborate with paediatricians, neurologists, and healthcare professionals across Gurugram. - Promote Spectrum Wings therapy and educational services. - Convert referrals into client enrolments/packages. - Maintain strong professional networks with stakeholders. In this 100% incentive-based role with no fixed salary, incentives are paid instantly on the same day a client buys a package, eliminating the need to wait until month-end. The incentive amount depends on the package opted by the parent/client and is calculated as per the applicable slab. Qualifications Required: - Candidates with sales/marketing experience in healthcare, education, or wellness. - Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Must be comfortable with field visits in Gurugram.
