Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored AI solutions, and achieving sales targets. Regular communication with the sales team and contribution to strategy planning for market expansion will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to understand and communicate complex AI solutions and their value proposition
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the AI or technology sectors is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools
