Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commission Sales Associate, based on-site in Kolkata. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, explaining and selling insurance products, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and attending team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in Sales Techniques and Negotiation
Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
