This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Srinagar. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing product or service solutions. Daily tasks will include reaching out to leads, following up on customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. The role requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and reporting regularly on sales activities and progress.

Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing deals
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales CRM software and other relevant tools
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the industry is beneficial

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
