Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Bhiwandi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, presenting company services effectively, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in revenue growth while representing the company's brand and values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or similar industry preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous sales experience within logistics or courier services is a plus
