Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role located in Faridabad. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining the platform’s benefits, and onboarding new resellers, wholesalers, and retailers. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, driving sales targets, identifying leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous support. The associate will play a vital role in expanding 1Click Builder's mission of empowering businesses. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients Sales experience, lead generation, and business development skills Proficiency in explaining product benefits and closing sales effectively Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital business models, and customer onboarding practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Knowledge of local business and retail ecosystem in India is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
