Job Description

Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels.
Create compelling content assets aligned with lead generation goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular updates.
Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement by reviewing calls and training videos.
Build rapport with prospects and conduct calls to generate leads.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with prospects and collaborating with internal teams.
Analytical skills are needed to monitor, analyze, and optimize key metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Experience in sales, lead generation, or related areas such as SEO support, research, link-building, and email campaigns is preferred.
A strong understanding of sales principles and practices is required.
Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content assets.
Compensation structure: Earn 20% of the first month's payment and 10% of the subsequent 5 months from closed deals.
