Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Identify and target potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Present and sell Swanirbhar’s programs and offerings
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and share feedback with the team
• Prepare and manage sales reports

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation experience
• Market research knowledge
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Experience in community development or social enterprises (a plus)
