We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as QSR Kitchen Staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and the timely preparation of food orders. Responsibilities:

● Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and procedures, including cutting, chopping, slicing, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.

● Operate kitchen equipment such as electric tawa, blenders, waffle maker, and microwaves to cook and heat food items to perfection.

● Assemble food orders according to customer specifications and company standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.

● Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including regular cleaning of work surfaces, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.

● Assist in stocking ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability.

● Inspect food items for freshness, quality, and presentation before serving them to customers, and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

● Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, communicating effectively and efficiently.

● Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer transactions and manage orders.

● Handle cash transactions securely and accurately, including counting cash drawers and processing payments.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of POS terminals and workstations.

● Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, including taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.

● Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene, and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
