Role Overview: As a member of the Production team at Accor, your prime function will involve assisting in food preparation and performing related duties in the Kitchen. You will be responsible for tasks assigned by the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Partie in any section of the kitchen according to set standards. Ensuring the adherence to HACCP procedures, maintaining clear records at all times, and exceeding guest expectations in both quality and service of food products will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Production team in food preparation and related duties in the Kitchen. - Follow instructions from the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef diligently. - Maintain company and statutory hygiene standards in food preparation and presentation. - Produce, prepare, and present food items in the assigned function to ensure the highest quality consistently. - Collaborate with Department Coordinators, Supervisors, and other Departmental Managers for operational readiness and efficiency. - Prevent the use of contaminated products in any food preparation process. - Ensure the upkeep of assigned Kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils as per standards. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food hygiene standards. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Commitment to maintaining grooming standards, hygiene, and code of conduct.
