The Continental Commis I assists in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency. The role supports senior kitchen staff in daily operations and ensures consistency in food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking continental cuisine as per standard recipes
• Support Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet set standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Assist in mise en place and timely food service
• Properly store food items and handle ingredients safely
• Minimize food wastage and follow portion control
• Comply with hotel/restaurant policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
