Role Overview: You will be assisting the Production team in food preparation and performing related duties in the Kitchen. Your responsibilities will include working on assignments given by the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Partie in any section of the kitchen as per the standards. It is essential to ensure that HACCP procedures are followed diligently, and proper records are maintained at all times. Your goal will be to exceed guest expectations in the quality and service of food products. Any matters that may affect the interests of the hotel should be promptly brought to the attention of the management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Production team in food preparation and related duties in the Kitchen - Follow assignments from Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Partie as per standards - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned - Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and maintain clear records - Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products - Adhere to all recipes, methods, and instructions from the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef - Maintain company and statutory hygiene standards - Ensure food preparation and presentation comply with standards - Produce, prepare, and present all food items in the assigned function to ensure the highest quality - Maintain appropriate grooming standards, hygiene, and code of conduct - Coordinate with Department Coordinators, Supervisors, and other Departmental Managers for operational readiness and efficiency - Prevent the use of contaminated products in any food preparation process - Keep the assigned Kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils as per standards Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial - Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety standards - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment If you are looking to work in an inclusive company that values diversity and promotes diverse talent, then this opportunity at Accor may be the right fit for you.,
