Role Description -

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef II & III at Élysées by Rhian, located in North Goa. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the senior chefs in cooking and culinary tasks. Daily duties will include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring the kitchen area is clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Food Preparation and possessing Culinary Skills
• Knowledge and practice of Hygiene standards
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Cooking techniques and tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Experience in a similar role or relevant culinary training is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to high-quality food standards
