Role Overview: As a Kitchen Assistant, your main responsibility is to accurately measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie. You will be in charge of preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning different meats, washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare basic salads and sauces as per the Chef de Partie's instructions.
