Commis Chef

Job Purpose

Assist the Team in preperation for Bakery & Ice cream Production.

Ensuring Standards & Quality are met. Proper Hygeine as

per Company Standards in working & products.

Job Responsabilities

• Prepare products hygienically as per standard recipes and procedures.
• Support the Head Chefs & other team members in ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen and prompt service at all times.
• Work seamlessly with recipes, standards and production guidelines
• Use all equipment, tools and machines appropriately.
• Complete tasks and jobs outside of the kitchen when requested.
• Assist in inventory taking.
• Learn and adapt to changes.
• Maintain at all times a professional and positive attitude towards team members and management.
• Check that the quality of food prepared by junior team members meet the required standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Understand, practice and promote good teamwork to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in an efficient and productive manner.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• checknig spoilages + expiration Dates of all Stored itmes and conducting weekly checks and inventory for reording.

Qualificaton

- Basic english speaking skills & ensure effective communication.

- Familiar food safety & Hygeine standards in the kitchen.
