Commis Chef (I, II & III)

You will be joining a fast-growing, health-first food brand, The Salad House, as a Commis Chef at various levels in Gurgaon. Your main responsibilities at each level will include: Commis I: - Taking charge of your station and independently preparing dishes - Ensuring food tastes consistent and assisting in training junior staff - Contributing to creating new recipes and managing all pre-preparation tasks (mise-en-place) Commis II: - Assisting in preparing and assembling salads, bowls, and smoothies - Following recipes diligently, maintaining correct portions, and upholding cleanliness standards - Supporting Commis I and the CDP (Chef de Partie) during peak hours Commis III: - Performing basic prep work such as chopping vegetables, cleaning, and organizing ingredients - Learning kitchen operations and assisting in maintaining cleanliness - Supporting the team during busy periods You are required to have the following qualifications: - Commis I: 2-3 years of kitchen experience - Commis II: 1-2 years of experience - Commis III: Freshers or minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience - Being a team player, quick learner, and adhering to hygiene regulations - An interest in healthy food and wellness cooking is advantageous Furthermore, you will have the opportunity for professional growth and advancement based on your performance at each level.
