Job Description

  • Prepare high-quality food products that meet the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
  • Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to support the outlet's operations.
  • Maintain consistent levels of service quality to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
  • Basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
