Job Title: Commi I & II – Continental

Location: Coffee Island, GK-2 New Delhi

Department: Kitchen / Operations


Summary:

Looking for skilled Commi I & II (Continental) professionals to independently manage a production station, prepare high-quality continental dishes, and maintain top-notch hygiene and kitchen standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare continental dishes (sandwiches, pastas, salads, etc.) as per café standards
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation & portioning
  • Handle station prep, planning, and execution during rush hours
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety & proper storage as per FSSAI
  • Monitor equipment, report maintenance, and reduce wastage
  • Support cost control and daily kitchen operations


Skills Required:

  • Strong continental cuisine skills (sauté, grill, bake, plating)
  • Ability to run a station independently
  • Good coordination & teamwork
  • Attention to detail; ability to work under pressure

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in continental kitchen (Commi II/I)
  • Culinary diploma/certification preferred
  • Café / casual dining / QSR experience is an added advantage
