Commi I (Continental Cuisine)

Job Summary:

The Continental Commi I is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and sauces for cooking.
• Cook and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products to prevent spoilage.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient workflow.
• Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in training and development programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training.
• Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
