Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support commis chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and cooking grains.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any discrepancies to senior staff members.
  • Preparation of dishes, as per the SOPs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of bulk cooking.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in South Indian & Indian cuisine or similar restaurant setting.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Role: Commi (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
