Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Chef in Indian Curry and Tandoor located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Commi Chef will assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a clean work environment. The role involves working closely with the senior chefs to ensure high-quality food execution, following recipes, and contributing to menu development and innovative cooking techniques.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong understanding of Hygiene standards
• Culinary Skills in Indian cuisines
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is a plus
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
