Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi at our location in Gurugram. The Commi will assist in food preparation, cook various dishes as per recipes, and ensure proper hygiene standards in the kitchen. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in workstations, supporting senior chefs in food inventory management, and consistently delivering high-quality culinary products to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Good understanding of Hygiene standards and procedures
• Ability to demonstrate excellent Culinary Skills and knowledge of kitchen tools
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration
• A passion for food and creativity in developing and preparing new dishes
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
• Formal culinary training or a relevant certificate is preferred but not mandatory
